Costs

The Canadian Women’s Foundation is pleased to cover travel, accommodation and meal expenses (including food expenses incurred when you are traveling to or from the meeting. Reimbursement will be based on current rates per the Treasury Board of Canada Travel & Meal Directive) for participants. However, organizations are asked to pay a registration fee of $175 per participant.  We ask that you please retain all original travel and meal related receipts in order to claim expenses after the Institute.  We will provide expense forms at the meeting.

If your organization cannot pay the registration fee, we will consider a request to waive all or part of it. Please contact Tina-Marie Williams.

The Canadian Women's Foundation is pleased to cover additional childcare expenses required for the days that you will be participating in the meetings.  Again, we will require an original receipt and a completed expense form. Please contact Tina-Marie Williams for more information.
