You did it!

Over 800 Canadians from coast to coast joined together, to challenge themselves in support of women and children experiencing the greatest challenge of their lives, rebuilding after abuse.     

Thanks to your support, the support of thousands of your family, friends and coworkers and our national and local corporate matches, we raised over $280,000 nationally!  

This money will support community programs that help women rebuild their lives after abuse, violence prevention programs that help teens learn to stop the abuse before it starts and local women's shelters that provide support and safety to women and children across Canada.   

We cannot wait to see you working out again next year!
