The Canadian Women's Foundation is a registered charity, as recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency (Charitable Registration Number 12985-5607-RR0001), a member of Imagine Canada and a registered adherent of the Ethical Fundraising and Financial Accountability Code.

We uphold the highest ethical standards and are committed to good governance, effectiveness and the careful management of CWF’s resources. We ensure that administrative costs stay low (on average we spend less than 13% on administration) so that the greatest possible amount of every donor dollar goes directly toward programs, research, and training from coast to coast to coast.

Financial Statements
As of June 2008, The Canadian Women’s Foundation’s fiscal year runs from September 1st to August 31st. CWF’s financial statements are audited annually by Clarkson Rouble LLP. Click here to view our annual report.
